The National Ethnic Coalition of Organizations (NECO), through its coveted Ellis Island Medal of Honor award, each year acknowledges the wonderful contribution that some very special people have made to America.
Zentangle and NECO teamed up and, with the 2008 Medal of Honor winners' help, we all created a beautiful and powerful Zentangle mosaic.
